Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Engineering. The Vice President of Engineering will be responsible for day-to-day management of the engineering team and overseeing software development, project management, and product development. This role will be based in Richardson, TX.
Qualifications
- Experience in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
- Lead the companies engineering vision
- Extensive experience in optical transceiver technology and product development.
- Strong background in Hardware and Software Development
- Proven track record in Project Management
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
